We are one of Europe’s leading transmission system operators based in Brussels, we are proud to be able to expand our team based here in Belgium and have partnered with Airswift to support our recruitment plans heading into 2026.

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support electrical infrastructure projects across various voltage levels (380, 220, 150, 70 and 36kV). This role sits within the Engineering department and focuses on protection, automation, and control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Project Leaders and Engineers throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Leading technical studies during feasibility and detailed design phases.
• Ensuring design quality and scope alignment.
• Coordinating with design teams and technical experts.
• Monitoring project functionality and reporting progress.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on electrical, electrotechnics, automation or energy.
• Knowledge of electricity grids is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch, with understanding of French and English.
